We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant tojoin our team and oversee operations throughout France. In thisrole, you will be responsible for organizing, overseeing, andensuring the effective administrative management of the store. Youwill play a key role in making sure that all company protocols andpolicies are followed accurately and on time.The ideal candidateshould have a solid understanding of accounting principles, strongadministrative skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance would be a plus. Whatwill be your responsibilities? 1. General Administrative Support: -Manage incoming company mail and parcels, ensuring properdistribution. - Scan, archive, and maintain company recordsfollowing internal policies. - Handle administrative requests fromvarious departments efficiently. 2. Accounting & Invoicing: -Record, store, and manage invoices in Excel, SAP, and otheraccounting systems. - Serve as a key contact between providers, theaccounting department, and managers to ensure timely validation andfollow-ups. - Assist with expense tracking and reconciliation. 3.Managerial & HR Assistance: - Support the management team withadministrative reports, budget tracking, and documentation. -Assist in recruitment processes, including organizing interviewsand maintaining candidate records. - Help ensure HR proceduresalign with legal requirements and company policies. What do wevalue in joining the #OKTeam? - Bilingual proficiency in Englishand French; Spanish is a strong plus. - Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with SAP isrequired. - Strong attention to detail, organization, andproblem-solving skills. - Knowledge of HR and regulatoryadministrative compliance (RAC experience is a plus). - Ability tohandle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. -Familiarity with legal and compliance matters is a plus.
