Job Title: Food and beverage Manager

Salary: 4,000 - 5,200 gross per month
Are you an experienced Food & Beverage professional with a passion for leading large teams, fast paced environments and delivering exceptional guest experiences? This is a unique opportunity to take charge of a comprehensive F&B operation within a dynamic hotel setting?
As the Food & Beverage Manager, youll oversee the full spectrum of F&B operations, and youll be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring exceptional service, and enhancing commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of senior F&B leaders across various departments
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth service and strong interdepartmental collaboration
- Develop and mentor team members through structured performance and development planning
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and implementation of strategic improvements
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, hygiene, and labor regulations
- Drive operational decisions through to execution on the work floor
- Contribute to the wider management team and play a key role in shaping F&B strategy
Who You Are:
- At least 4 years of management experience in a high-volume F&B setting
- Commercially savvy with a solid grasp of budgeting, P&L, and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Adaptable and confident in switching between outlets and shifting priorities
- Guest-focused, solutions-oriented, and motivated by results
- Skilled in team building, people development, and creating a positive work environment
