ZAKRES OBOWIAZKW:
- provide support, identify and troubleshoot customer issues via email and chat,
- collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively,
- build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
- educate customers on the understanding of advertising products and services,
- administrate the document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM system.
WYMAGANIA:
- min. 2 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry,
- very good German and English (min. B2),
- proficiency in AdTech and using CRM systems and other customer support tools,
- strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills,
- proactive and eager approach to continuous learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
