About the role:
As a Product Designer, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with an experienced Head of Product and a talented engineering team to craft outstanding user experiences. Designers are involved from early ideation through to final implementation, working in fast, agile cycles to test, iterate, and continuously improve the product.
Day-to-day activities:
- Conducting user research, usability testing, and interviews to deeply understand user behaviors and needs.
- Rapidly prototyping and validating ideas with users and internal stakeholders.
- Designing intuitive solutionsfrom wireframes and interactive prototypes to high-fidelity visualsprimarily using Figma.
- Actively participating in product meetings, design critiques, and collaborative workshops.
- Working independently with ongoing support and feedback from senior product leadership.
Who You Are
- 35 years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally within a startup or fast-paced innovation team.
- Fluent with Figma; skilled in user-centered design, usability testing, and rapid prototyping.
- Experienced working in agile product teams
- Self-motivated and proactive, eager to take ownership of your work.
- A creative thinker with a passion for building intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Fluent in English or Dutch, comfortable collaborating within diverse teams.
