Job descriptionWe are looking for a talented and committed HR specialist to play a critical role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo.ScopeResponsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of plant employees in accordance with Company policies and rules and contributing in the implementation and improvement of Company HR processes.General dutiesThe plant HR Specialist will directly report to the HR Manager.He/she is responsible for:Guaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees).Managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, absenteeism, overtime, injuries).Resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility).Ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported, and resolved.Ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement, and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:Master''s degree in Law; a Master in Industrial Relations is a plus.2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a plant setting, and previous experience in managing the legal/litigation part.Fluent in English.Expertise in Italian employment/labor law.Demonstrated ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.Strong communication skills.Proactive, enthusiastic, and committed person.Positive thinking approach.Good knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
