As a Guest Experience Agent you will beresponsible for guests pre-arrival communications and experiencesonce at the hotel, ensuring the highest level of personalizationand service excellence Main Duties and responsibilities - Welcomeguests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner; - Registerguests, issue room keys and provide information on hotel servicesand room location; - Create memorable experiences for our gueststhrough care and empathy; - Make appropriate service recoverygestures in order to ensure total guest satisfaction; - Display thehighest level of knowledge and care in all interactions andcorrespondence with guests, from pre-arrival communications toguests departure - Nurture the relationship with all guestsshowing an authentic interest in preferences to ensure a genuineand personalized approach to suggestions and enquires - Addressspecial guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles; -Ensure that all guests requests and queries are answered as soonas possible, being familiar at all time; - Monitor serviceexpectations and managing complaints at a first level - Maintain anefficient dialogue and collaboration with all relevant departmentsto ensure the highest level of service - Organize and communicateinformations for the daily meeting for other departmentsQualifications - Proficiency in English, Italian and an additionallanguage - Proficiency with computers - Ability in multitasking,problem solving and time-management - Attention to detail -Excellent guest service attitude - Teamwork skills and attitude -Previous experience in guest experience in five-star hotels andknowledge of the Opera system are a plus Hyatt offers a great rangeof benefits, including: - 12 free nights per year of service acrossHyatt Hotels worldwide - Employee and Friends & Family ratesacross Hyatt Hotels worldwide - Dry cleaning of business clothes -Complimentary meals on duty - Continuous Learning & Developmentopportunities - Staff celebrations - Plan Welfare - Settling thecosts of urban public transport - ATM Milano
