The Industrial Site Lead will oversee the full scope of operations at a key manufacturing site in Northern France. This role combines leadership in industrial production, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance with strategic thinking and people management. Lead full lifecycle management of API production in compliance with GMP and sustainability targets. Lead organizational development efforts at the site level. Prepare for and lead external audits and inspections (e.G., Work fluently in French and proficiently in English, both written and verbal. Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or similar. ~Fluent in French ; strong command of English is essential.
