While some legacy systems in Ruby on Rails need maintenance and migration, our focus is on innovative solutions, and we want you to help us get there!As part of our Development team, you will learn and adopt our development processes and best practices;Collaborate with Product and Experience teams to build solutions addressing our users'' needs;Manage your own tasks, taking responsibility for both Back-end and Front-end challenges;Joining us at this stage gives you the opportunity to influence the product''s direction and grow with it at your own pace!You should have3+ years of software development experience;An eager-to-learn mindset and a desire to create meaningful impact;A passion for problem-solving and tackling challenges with enthusiasm;An open mind, ready to speak up when needed and collaborate effectively with colleagues;Critical thinking, willingness to learn, and attention to detail;Main requirementsExperience with web frameworks (e.g., React);Fluency in English (spoken & written);Nice to haveExperience with Git and Agile methodologies;Practice with Ruby on Rails applications; portfolio on GitHub preferred;Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases;Experience migrating solutions across technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails to Node.js + React);Remote-first work experience, with minimal or no office days;Benefits include Health Insurance, free HBO & Spotify, 22 days off plus holidays, and early Friday finishes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
