If you are motivated, creative, and passionate, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Position SummaryThis role, in conjunction with the EU market team, is responsible for coordinating and leading sales activities in designated industries, mainly related to Rental and Staging LED product lines for rental projects, including corporate events, concerts, festivals, public events, broadcasting rentals, virtual applications, etc.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies for business development in assigned markets, focusing on opening new opportunities and generating leads to meet or exceed targets.Identify new accounts, develop, and maintain relationships to expand sales.Forecast sales and set performance goals in coordination with the EU team.Establish annual industry business plans and target customer development strategies.Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional activities.Travel regularly to develop business, approach rental/production companies, consulting/design firms, creative agencies, and professionals, and coordinate with distributors.Stay informed about new products, services, and market information.Gather and transfer customer feedback to HQ regarding products, marketing, sales, and services.Prepare monthly industry reports and quarterly updates.Manage communication with customers and HQ during project implementation.Other Duties and ResponsibilitiesHost customer visits to China HQ.Participate in marketing events like seminars and trade shows.Coordinate with the HQ sales team for the EU market.Perform additional duties as assigned.Required Education/ExperienceBachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration.At least 5 years in B2B industrial product sales, marketing, or project management, preferably in AV industry.Over 3 years experience in projects related to the markets relevant to this role with sales, marketing, or product management responsibilities.Specialized Knowledge/SkillsStrong leadership, project management, and communication skills.Excellent client orientation with problem-solving skills.Ability to perform under high-pressure environments.Language: Fluent written and verbal skills in German, English, Dutch, or Italian.We offer a challenging environment, a pleasant atmosphere with an amazing team, an open and international culture, training opportunities, and remuneration based on role, industry, and experience.
