Overview:
We are urgently seeking a Spanish-speaking Technical Business Analyst to support a high-profile Guidewire implementation for a major insuretech project. As an experienced Business Analyst with technical Guidewire expertise, you will help drive progress ahead of a broader phase involving offshore architects and developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key liaison between business and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document requirements.
- Work closely with client stakeholders in Madrid to validate business processes and solution designs. (Preference is for onsite at least 2 days per week, however there is flexibility here!)
- Collaborate with offshore development and architecture teams to ensure business requirements are translated effectively into technical specifications.
- Support early-stage delivery and groundwork ahead of full-scale rollout.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, within Guidewire and insurance-based transformation projects.
- Prior experience with any of the Guidewire modules such as PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter.
- Fluent Spanish speaker essential.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working in hybrid or international delivery teams.
