NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for theimplementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector LoanFacility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching forexperts to support the core team during the implementation of thisproject. Location: Bulgaria. Duration: The intended start date isJuly 2025 (the Start Date) and the period of implementation ofthe Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period ofImplementation). Key Expert: Analyst / Policy & ProjectSupport (Cat. III) Qualifications and skills: - At least aBachelors degree in Political Science, Economics, or Energy Policy(minimum requirement). - Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian andEnglish language (minimum requirement). General professionalexperience: - At least 5 years of experience in policy analysis andproject support (minimum requirement). Specific professionalexperience: - Experience working with government agencies, energytransition programs, or donor-funded projects, as demonstrated inat least three projects (minimum requirement). - Experience insupporting energy sector reforms, just transition initiatives, orregional economic development, as demonstrated in at least threeprojects (minimum requirement). - Experience coordinating withministries, local authorities, and stakeholders on policyimplementation will be considered an asset. - Strong understandingof EU just transition mechanisms, energy policies, and fundingframeworks will be considered an asset. - Experience conductingstakeholder engagement, data collection, and impact tracking inlarge-scale policy initiatives will be considered an asset.
