Based in Italy and present in 9 countries across Europe and Latin America with over 2000 employees, Tinexta operates in strategic sectors such as Digital Trust, Cyber Security, and Business Innovation.We are seeking a Business Analysis Specialist Categoria Protetta (Legge 68/99).Main Responsibilities:Manage the contractual lifecycle of sales agents, from selection to onboarding and potential termination, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.The candidate will also support the team in the following activities:Manage business processes, with a focus on interactions with sales agents.Prepare periodic reports.Handle communication with agents, responding to inquiries and providing assistance related to the contractual lifecycle.Monitor the evolution of regulations concerning sales agents.What We Are Looking For:At least 2-3 years of experience in Business Analysis or sales administration.Preferably a degree or related qualification.Knowledge of principles and regulations concerning sales agents.Good data analysis skills and proficiency with IT tools (Excel, CRM, reporting tools).Membership in protected categories (Legge 68/99).Additional Information:We offer a fixed-term employment contract, aimed at permanent placement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
