As an AI Solutions Engineeryou will be working for our client, a global financial institution driving AI transformation across its platforms. You will play a crucial role in developing and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, and ensuring ethical and scalable AI applications. The client is investing in advanced AI capabilities to enhance data intelligence, automate decision-making, and deliver more efficient services. You will be collaborating with cross-functional teams, aligning technical strategies with business objectives to innovate responsibly in a regulated environment.
You''re ideal for this role if you have:
- Proven experience with prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
- Hands-on knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation and vector databases
- Strong foundation in NLP, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with SQL
- Familiarity with GitHub workflows and CI/CD automation
- Experience working on Azure and/or GCP cloud platforms
- Ability to align AI solutions with fairness and ethical standards
- Strong skills in communicating technical ideas to diverse audiences
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI systems
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Prior experience developing AI in a regulated financial services environment
- Advanced knowledge of responsible AI frameworks or governance models
- Exposure to MLOps and model lifecycle management tools
- Knowledge of Transformer-based architectures and embedding
