Our client is already well established in countries such as Germany, Greece or Spain but Italy is a new market for them.Reporting directly to the CEO of the Spanish branch of the company, you will be the 1st person in Italy and develop our clients footprint and activities across the country, focusing on telecom operators such as TIM or Vodafone.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development and MaintenanceIdentify potential customers and establish contact.Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat purchases.Achieving Sales TargetsMeet the sales targets set by the company.Develop and execute sales plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.Product PromotionIntroduce company products or services to customers, highlighting their advantages and features.Provide customized solutions based on customer needs.Market ResearchGather market information and analyze competitors and industry trends.Provide feedback on customer needs and market dynamics to assist the company in adjusting strategies.Contract Negotiation and SigningNegotiate contract terms with customers to ensure mutual agreement.Sign contracts and follow up on execution.After-Sales ServiceResolve customer issues to ensure high-quality after-sales service.Handle customer complaints and enhance satisfaction.Team CollaborationWork with marketing, product, and technical support teams to meet customer needs.Participate in team meetings to share experiences and market insights.Training and LearningAttend company training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitiveness.Requirements and QualificationsBachelors degree in business or similar fields6+ years of experience in the telco sector in ItalyExperience with passive (ideally) or active components for the telco sectorGood understanding of the procurement or network planning processes in telco companiesNative/ fluent Italian EnglishAvailability for business travel across Italy (Spain a couple of times per year and potentially China at some point)
