We are seeking Production Engineer with a background in electrical engineering.
In this role, you serve as a key figure within the team, bridging the gap project management, engineering, procurement, production, and assembly. For this position, strong ability to analyse and optimize processes is essential, allowing you to manage workflows effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within project teams, offering insights on production planning and workflow optimization.
- Review technical schematics and product details to ensure accuracy and quality, implementing revisions when required.
- Convert technical requirements and quality standards into clear, actionable work instructions.
- Develop an efficient production process, integrating it into the ERP system for seamless alignment with project timelines.
- Ensure the availability of required materials, components, and tools, while verifying that all essential documentation, schematics, and instructions are accessible.
- Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams planning, progress, feasibility, and impact, identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
What do you have:
- A completed MBO-level education in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in a technical work environment, ideally in machinery or construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong organizational abilities with a strategic approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
