The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, administrative staff, and senior partners. If you meet these criteria, we encourage you to apply.ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients by evaluating options to achieve successful outcomes and planning strategies accordingly.Represent clients in court and argue motions during legal proceedings.Conduct legal research, and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions.Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.Supervise paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff.QualificationsAbility to work independently while managing a heavy caseload.Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with at least 2 years of relevant experience.Active membership in the local bar association; active membership preferred.Proficiency with legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis.Strong decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.CompensationStarting salary ranges from $118,500, commensurate with experience.
