This position is located in the Netherlands, so relocation is necessary!

Your role:
As a Supervisor Outfit , youll join one of the project teams and take the lead on your technical discipline. Your mission? Ensure precision, quality, and coordination throughout the building processfrom engineering checks to final installation.
You will:
- Act as the technical point of contact within your discipline (Interior, Machinery, Outfit, Systems, Construction or EA)
- Coordinate work packages and monitor progress, quality, and deadlines
- Review engineering documents, advise on work demarcation, and liaise with Supply Chain and Project Development
- Work closely with co-makers, instructing and guiding third parties where needed
- Flag improvement opportunities in workflows or work packages
- Monitor materials and equipment deliveries for quality and availability
What you bring:
- A completed Bachelor education in technical field
- At least 5 years of experience in the maritime or yacht building sector
- Strong technical insight and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a drive to deliver quality
- Good command of English and familiarity with MS Office
