As the first point of contact on-site, you will ensure consistent, professional, and high-quality service. You will identify incidents, report, and escalate them within the Service Organization.Scope of duties:Manage daily operational administration and support of Enterprise Imaging and Reporting systems and applications.Oversee integration and configuration of diagnostic imaging modalities and non-DICOM image/video systems.Collaborate with Imaging Informatics staff to support systems and work with clinicians and physicians to optimize workflows.Act as a liaison between the Enterprise Imaging department and customers to enhance image acquisition, management, and viewing capabilities.Provide on-call support for designated imaging areas as needed.Requirements:University degree in IT science or Engineering.Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Windows OS, databases (SQL/Oracle), storage solutions, and networking concepts.Strong communication skills (oral and written) to interact professionally with internal and external customers.Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and verbal.Knowledge of healthcare environment, especially Radiology IT, is a plus.Location: Siracusa, Sicily, ItalyWe offer:The opportunity to work in a multinational company within a challenging, international environment.A rewarding career impacting lives, with a talented and committed team, along with training and development programs.A competitive compensation and benefits package.#J-18808-Ljbffr
