Job description
As Digital Expert, you play a key role in both the strategy and roll-out of digital marketing and communication campaigns. You will be responsible for the quality of all content published on digital channels, aligning stakeholders, and contributing to data-driven decision-making and a better digital experience.

- Defining the digital communication strategy and objectives for the various digital channels
- Publish content in collaboration with colleagues on the website and distribute through various channels
- Support to set digital strategy and objectives for newsletters and email campaigns
- Support the team in setting up campaigns by defining objectives, creating landing pages and Hubspot workflows
- Monitor and analyse the impact of communication campaigns and suggest improvements, watch over data quality, and create dashboards to track performance
- Actively seek opportunities for improvement within digital (tools, content, processes, etc.)
- Taking initiative to share knowledge with the team, acting as a mentor and implementing appropriate tools for knowledge sharing
- Increase the impact of digital campaigns by developing content strategies and creative elements.
Jouw profiel & competenties
- More than five years of experience in digital marketing
- Master or bachelor''s degree in marketing, communication or business management with a specialisation in marketing
- Experience in campaign management
- Experience in project management from A to Z and excellent organisational skills
- Experience in coordinating external partners (such as marketing agencies) is a plus.
- Analytical, data-driven and experienced in using analytical tools. Knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Lookerstudio and/or Funnel.
- Knowledge of publishing content via a CMS and a mastery of Umbraco and/or Hubspot are a plus. Knowledge of SEO, Facebook Ads and the LinkedIn ad manager is also a plus.
- Excellent command of French or Dutch (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English.
- Eager to learn and willing to develop.
- Inspires and develops the skills of his/her team in his/her area of activity.
- Has the ability and flexibility to manage one or more projects
- Autonomous, conscientious and results-oriented.
