Now, we are looking for aJunior IT Engineerto join ourCorporate IT team based in Poznan. This role involves providing technical assistance to individuals within our organization. The primary objective is to facilitate the smooth and effective utilization of computer technology by Profitroom staff. Within this capacity, the IT Helpdesk Engineer takes care of identifying and resolving issues reported by users while also offering guidance and assistance related to operating systems, office software, computer hardware, and network usage.

- Basic knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and effectively resolve them, both onsite and remotely.
- Willingness to learn and develop IT competencies.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Polish at a minimum of B2 level.
- Availability to work from the office in Poznan occasionally.
