Role Overview
The main purpose of this position is to provide HR administrative support in our site in Fllinsdorf. You will work closely, with limited supervision with the HR Manager and the HR Generalist.

Qualifications
CFC de commerce, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum 2-5 years of proven working experience in a similar role within a demanding environment.
Skills
Very good knowledge of the Swiss Security system and legislation.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fluent English and German, French is a plus.
Ability to organise, multi-task prioritise and work under pressure.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
Reliable, accurate and very strong attention to detail.
Team player.
High energy level, much drive.
High degree of integrity, always prepared to do the right thing.
