Are you an experienced treaty reinsurance underwriter looking for your next challenge? Join our dynamic, global reinsurance team and play a key role in shaping a profitable portfolio in the Property & Casualty market Germany.
Your responsibility:
- Manage and develop a profitable treaty reinsurance portfolio for the P&C market Germany.
- Underwrite, price, and secure existing business while identifying new opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients and brokers, ensuring excellent service and value-added solutions.
- Develop marketing and sales strategies, gather market intelligence, and assess new business prospects.
- Analyze existing business profitability and ensure underwriting decisions align with company guidelines, best practices, and authority levels.
Your qualification:
- Higher education (Bachelor''s / Master''s degree or equivalent).
- Proven experience in treaty reinsurance underwriting preferably within the P&C market Germany.
- Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset for risk assessment and pricing.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Fluent in German and English.
