MISSION: The successful candidate achieves targetsassigned, manages the selling process, interacts directly withinternal peer functions as well as deals directly with selectedcustomers accordingly to the commercial and distribution policiesand guidelines. The successful candidate will: - Support withmarket strategy deployment, providing commercial insights forassigned Accounts to enhance business growth and processesharmonization. - Be accountable for the performance of assignedportfolio and for the development of customer prospects in relevantarea. - Build effective and sustainable partnerships with existingaccounts, ensuring long lasting relationships with key decisionmakers across the customer''s organization - Collaborate with SalesDivision and involve subject matter experts across Stevanato Groupto foster the Company''s business model and deliver added valuesolutions - Serve as lead point of contact for all customer''sservice requests and queries. - Monitor market trends to identifyand seize commercial opportunities for the Group. - Managefunction''s budget in line with business objectives/guidelines -Create effective relationships with actual and potential customersto foster growth and commercial opportunities for all stakeholdersinvolved. TECHNICAL COMPETENCES: - Market and Industryunderstanding and in-depth knowledge of key consumers and segments- Customers and Prospects products and processes understanding -Knowledge of Company Product and Production: process, featurestechniques - Key Account Planning and Project Management - CustomerService and CRM Management - Analysis and Reporting: methodologies,techniques, tools and applications - Budget management - IT Tools:use of company tools and applications (ERP, Office, etc.) SKILLSAND EXPERIENCE: - +3 years of experiences in marketing or salesmanagement position in the account management department,preferably with expertise in CRM. - Focus on Client''s needs -Business Acumen - Analytical Approach - Time Management - ProblemSolving - Accountability - Communication - Negotiation -Availability to business trips Type of contract and salary will bebased on experience.
