As a Partner in Life Science, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of our Life Science team in Implement Consulting Group. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships within the life science industry in Switzerland and Germany. Leveraging your extensive personal network and expertise, you will win client engagements and deliver exceptional value by supporting our clients through transformative initiatives.

Job content change with impact

The job content includes:

1. Take a leading role in shaping and growing our Life Science team, contributing to its strategic direction and expanding our capabilities in the life science industry.
2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by leveraging your network to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Swiss and German life science sector.
3. Winning client engagements based on an existing large personal network in the Swiss pharmaceutical and MedTech industry.
4. Taking overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation.
5. Managing stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organization.
6. Training and taking part in the development of consultants and partner colleagues on and off projects.

We are looking for people who

1. Have +15 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project or engagement manager from another management consultancy.
2. Are true functional and/or sector experts in their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions.
3. Have a proven track record of winning and delivering client engagements.
