The position Operations Point of contact for Corporate PartnersManagement of team mixing support and system engineersAdvisory role to partners for any change or improvement in their Infrastructure of offered servicesRegular presentation and reporting of negotiated KPIs and quality of servicesCreate added value through customer intimacy and strong relationships buildingProactive input on processes and services optimalisation The profile At least 10 years experience in a System engineering roleGood technical knowledge in system engineering around MS Stack (MS365, Azure, Scripting,etc)Awareness of services processes/methodologies (ITIL, etc)Excellent communications skillsCustomer minded and facing experienceFluent in Dutch, French & English The offer 4500 - 5000 euro + company car + fringe benefitsA Technology minded and fast growing environment with growth and training opportunities Interested?
