YOUR FUTURE DUTIES

1. Provide technical support to the sales team and management regarding technical components.
2. Analyze costs, support, and assure quality for customers.
3. Collaborate with customers to resolve technical problems and deliver technical presentations.
4. Spend approximately 20% of your time on customer visits.
5. Serve as a technical advisor on product design, application, and service issues.
6. Ensure quality control and proper substitution of materials and parts.
7. Act as the main contact between the customer and the internal team as a project manager.

YOUR PROFILE

1. Mechanical or micro-technical engineer (or equivalent qualification).
2. Proficient with AutoCAD 2D/3D, Mechanical Desktop, Inventor, MS Office, data analysis tools, SAP, and have basic knowledge of QM.
3. Minimum of five years experience in a similar role within an industrial environment involving technical components.
4. Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
