What exactly does this job entail?
- Reviewing work instructions together with the Project Manager
- Site visit and evaluation of the assembly work
- Searching for solutions to technical problems taking into account the predetermined budget
- Determining resources: required materials, tools, personnel, etc.
- Briefing the work schedule with the teams
- Checking the order, cleanliness and safety of the site and preparing the requested reports
- Leading, organising and coordinating the various teams (5 to 20 employees) and site activities.
- Verifying that the execution of the project corresponds to the customer''s request
- Welcoming, coordinating and administering the subcontractors involved
- Drawing up the punch list: listing outstanding tasks and following up their implementation
- Helping with the compilation of the technical file and collecting the necessary documents for it
- Working on the sites themselves, in close contact with the workers, the client and the Project Manager
- A bachelor''s degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of piping and mechanical construction
- Good proven leadership skills
- Be communicative and customer-oriented
- Willing to travel to sites all over Belgium

- A bachelor''s degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of piping and mechanical construction
- Good proven leadership skills
- Be communicative and customer-oriented
- Willing to travel to sites all over Belgium
