Job description: Develop detailed knowledge and understanding of treasury, accounting, and payment processes and translating that knowledge into the optimization of Kyriba and other treasury applications. Critically think through Kyriba''s module inter-dependencies. Support, maintain, and monitor the treasury management system and supporting systems for a global user base. Responsible for understanding impacts of releases, patches, integrations, and system updates; Test and validate new system releases and functionality, communicating effectively with customers on changes, and creating documentation when applicable. Responsible for administrative needs for the overall system including security, users, configuration, integrations, and master reference data. Connect with the treasury team and stakeholders to develop and maintain strong working relationships, optimize value, and internalize business strategies that support Treasury and Koch Capabilities visions. Actively listen and anticipate customers'' future needs and incorporate into team strategies and priorities. Partner with product team, global customers, vendors, third party consultants, and IT teams to transform, implement technology solutions and lead projects that drive enhancements, efficiencies, and automation. Have courage to challenge, escalate, embrace teamwork, work independently, be inclusive with differing cultures/opinions, be reliable and trustworthy. Required profile: Experience engaging with customers through soliciting, capturing, and critically thinking through requirements. Experience with Treasury processes (cash management, cash forecasting, payments, bank connectivity), finance, and/or accounting. Experience using data to understand business needs, efficiently convert requests into actionable assignments, and solve business needs while using good economic thinking. Analytical experience, specifically around having a curiosity mindset and asking good questions to dig deep into business processes to define solutions. Experience managing, prioritizing, and working simultaneously across multiple issues and concurrent projects. Experience providing reasonable customer communications about delivery dates, updates and managing expectations. What Will Put You Ahead Hands-on experience with treasury applications, particularly Kyriba Proven track record in implementing and supporting enterprise ERP systems or other large-scale projects, with a focus on accounting, finance, and accounts receivable Ability to influence and challenge peers and stakeholders, driving alignment towards common goals and effective solutions Experience in collaborating with global end users to achieve project success Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Kanban and SCRUM, for efficient project management and delivery Proficient in using ITBM ServiceNow, Splunk, AWS S3, Moveit, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, and data lakes to enhance business processes and data analysis What we offer: At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
