Key responsibilities include:Commercial Management: Ensuring proper merchandise display (layout, displays, labels, prices, etc.), opening and closing the store, maintaining cleanliness and good condition, managing stock through orders from the warehouse to ensure optimal inventory levels.Accounting and Administrative Management: Safeguarding assets (cash, safe, receipts, merchandise, equipment), complying with health and safety regulations in merchandise handling and display, preparing and maintaining financial and legal documentation, and adhering to fire prevention and safety regulations.Personnel Management: Overseeing staff organization, workload distribution, scheduling, permissions, and holidays; motivating staff to enhance productivity.Requirements:Previous experience as a department head, assistant manager, or store managerBackground in GDO or retail sectorsDiplomaWe offer direct employment with a salary package around 28,000.
