We are seeking an experienced Accounting Tax Lead to join our clients finance team in a key role supporting statutory compliance, audit coordination, and cross-functional finance operations across multiple legal entities. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industrial business undergoing rapid growth and innovation.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Prepare Annual Financial Statements in line with local GAAP and tax regulations
- Coordinate and compile data for statutory audits and tax filings (CIT, VAT, Intrastat, EC Sales Lists, etc.)
- Lead country-specific PL and balance sheet reviews, assess financial risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Act as the primary contact for external auditors and local authorities
- Partner with in-country functions and support legal entity directors on financial governance
- Oversee and improve account reconciliations, ERP processes, and compliance controls
What Youll Bring:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA/CMA or equivalent preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, and direct/indirect tax legislation
- Fluency in English
- Advanced skills in Oracle or similar ERP systems
- Expert-level Excel skills, comfortable managing large data sets
- Able to work across global teams and meet strict deadlines
