What will be your mission?
This position gives support to Brand Communications & Advertising team (Marketing area) in projects such as:
- Project Management as this area works as ''internal hub'' for any creative needs fromareas such asCRM, Experience, Media,PR & Communications orQuality for promotionaland product launch campaigns. Coordinate translation of copies for such campaigns when needed.
- Coordinate collection of information amongst BUs and support Brand managers in execution of CX projects, creating global comm materials, key presentations for internal and external meetings.
Will report to Brand Communication & Advertising manager and, depending on projects, to SVP Brand Strategy.
What will you do?
- Support to Brand team (VP Brand Strategy and Brand Managers) in the main projects of the area to enhance our brands.
- Support BCA Manager in the development of all needed email marketing, media banners and generic digital assets management (photos & videos creation) forpromotional and productlaunch campaigns. Coordinate translation of copies for such campaigns when needed.
- Coordinate collection of information amongst BUs and support Brand managers in execution of CX projects, creating global comm materials, key presentations for interna! and externa! meetings.
- Support trademark management process with BCA Manager and BUs. Develop effective co-operation mechanisms with BCA team, Media, Web eCommerce, Loyalty & CRM, and BU Marketing Managers.
What are we looking for?
- Desirable some travel sector knowledge but not mandatory.
- Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written). Second main European language proficiency highly valuated (Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch or French).
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Practical knowledge of graphic design programs (Adobe suite) is a plus.

- The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120, 7th floor).
- Duration: 1 full year.
