Join us in shaping our futureand yours.What You Will DoThe EMEA Selfcare Life Cycle Management Project Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end projects in the EMEA region, such as product remediation and reformulation, transfer of OTC/pharmaceutical technology processes, meeting new regulatory and compliance requirements, supporting raw materials and active ingredient supplier changes, and cost-saving initiatives. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional and virtual teams to successfully deliver projects from definition to market introduction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead overall project execution and ensure achievement of project goals on time, including project definition, due diligence, gap analysis, business case preparation, finalization, approval, and execution.Manage cross-functional regional teams through each project phase.Coordinate activities to keep projects on track, supervise risks and opportunities, and manage budgets and costs.Communicate and liaise with senior management and stakeholders.Lead process and governance to enable fluid project evaluation and approval within EMEA.QualificationsTo be successful, you should have:Bachelor''s degree in CTF, Biotechnology, or Chemistry.At least 6 years of experience in the pharma/OTC industry.Experience leading cross-functional teams and project management, especially in pharma product tech transfer or reformulation.Project Management Professional certification is required.Experience in delivering OTC/pharma projects and process validation.Leadership, conflict resolution, and virtual team management skills.Knowledge of project finance, planning, and organization.Fluent in English (oral and written).Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience with product development and validation processes.APICs or PMI certification is a plus.Kenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
