About the Company - MCC has extensive experience in the manufacturing and delivery of high-quality semiconductor products, including a widespread marketing and sales network across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions.About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided.Responsibilities -Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration.Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers.Research and develop new customers and business segments.Develop account strategies and execute business plans.Handle customer issues effectively.Meet sales targets (booking/billing).Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the relevant product teams.Work collaboratively with regional and global teams to achieve objectives.Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels.Education Background / Major:Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.Experience (Ideal):2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.Knowledge (Ideal):Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products.Abilities / Qualities:Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.Skills / Certifications:Fluent in English and Italian, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
