Also will work with the different departments within the Shared Service Center on analyzing and reviewing the accounting records and transactions to help ensure proper financial reporting for statutory purposes.**Responsibilities**:1)Fixed Assets Accounting (CORP & STAT) /Additions-Disposals-Depreciation-Location updates.2)Physical Fixed Asset control & Labelling in accordance with Free Trade Zone Regulation3)To be in charge of preparation, analysis & review for all the AR''s submitted to meet all the CORP policies4)Preparation, review and possibly Booking of statutory provisions including but not limited to:a)Vacation, b) Severance, c) Christmas Bonus5)Prepares, reviews and/or records the balance sheet reconciliations.6)Provides support to the STAT monthly close process7)Vendor Payment proposal reviews on a weekly basis8)Vendor Invoice codification9)To follow up "on-hold" invoices to ensure its booking on the proper accounting period10)Monthly Vendor Statement reconciliations11)Booking and/or Review of Manual journal entries and reclassifications in Oracle for the Americas (Payroll, prepaid expenses, cost center reclassifications, etc.)12)Audit support & Coordination (Internal, PROCOMER, Customs)13)Intercompany Billing (Invoices, credit & debit notes) to the affiliates as well as the AD-HOC reports or questions arose as part of the normal process14)Monthly AR statement submission to the market units that are billed out.**Requirements**:1.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIREDCritical Thinking, using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to day to day problemsHas a strong knowledge of a complete accounting cycleSelf Starter.Ability to take responsibility and deliver quick and accurate results with a strong commitment to excellence.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong accounting Analysis skillsFluency in English at business level (verbal and written)Proven proficiency in use of MS Office Software Word, Excel (Advanced Level), PowerPointGood analytical and problem solving skills and keen attention to detailMust be willing to work after hours as required to meet objectives during financial close periodsOrganized, detail oriented, committed to deliver results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressureProven Free Trade Zone Experience preferredProven Fixed Asset control experience under Free Trade Zone regime preferredProficiency in use of HFM/Hyperion and Oracle e-Business Suite (a plus)2.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEEDUCATION**Required**: 4 year degree inAccounting, or Business Management (CPA Preferred)English Language Proficiency 80%EXPERIENCE3 years in Corporate Accounting G/L Experience1 year in Customer Service position
