This role involves working with third-party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesLedger Management: Oversee the complete ledger cycle, ensure accuracy and compliance, meet month-end close deadlines, resolve account issues, perform reconciliations, and suggest improvements to controls and procedures.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, provide insights to management, prepare consolidated reports, assist with global consolidation, and generate reports for stakeholders.Compliance and Auditing: Oversee compliance activities, support audits, ensure regulatory adherence, and implement controls to minimize findings.International Collaboration: Work with global teams to streamline processes, manage intercompany transactions, and coordinate with regional finance teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement and sales departments, advise on financial matters, support deployment of D365 to European entities, and assist with M&A activities.QualificationsSkills and Competencies: Bilingual in English and Italian (C1 level), proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Excel, analytical skills, effective communicator, self-starter, motivated, and able to handle high-pressure environments.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field; minimum 5 years in an accounting role; experience in multinational shared services; strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.Our Cultural BeliefsPatient Minded: Act with the patient''s best interest in mind.Take Action: Empower yourself and others to act promptly.Grow Talent: Own your development and support others growth.Win Together: Collaborate passionately to achieve results.Communication Matters: Foster transparent and timely dialogue.#J-18808-Ljbffr
