Our culture is deliberate and reflective, emphasizing the importance of our people in building an inclusive environment.Role OverviewThe Senior Accountant is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting transactions, reconciliations, and collaborating across the organization. This role involves working with third-party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesLedger Management: Oversee the complete ledger cycle, ensure accuracy and compliance, meet month-end close deadlines, resolve account issues, perform reconciliations, and suggest improvements to controls and procedures.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, provide insights to management, prepare consolidated reports, assist with global consolidation, and generate reports for stakeholders.Compliance and Auditing: Oversee compliance activities, support audits, ensure regulatory adherence, and implement controls to minimize findings.International Collaboration: Work with global teams to streamline processes, manage intercompany transactions, and coordinate with regional finance teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement and sales departments, advise on financial matters, support deployment of D365 to European entities, and assist with M&A activities.QualificationsSkills and Competencies: Bilingual in English and Italian (C1 level), proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MS Excel, analytical skills, effective communicator, self-starter, motivated, and able to handle high-pressure environments.Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field; minimum 5 years in an accounting role; experience in multinational shared services; strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and compliance standards.Our Cultural BeliefsPatient Minded: Act with the patient''s best interest in mind.Take Action: Empower yourself and others to act promptly.Grow Talent: Own your development and support others growth.Win Together: Collaborate passionately to achieve results.Communication Matters: Foster transparent and timely dialogue.#J-18808-Ljbffr
