We''re building a future-proof organization, and asKey Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our position within the national and international B2B market. This is a dynamic sales role with both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
In your first year, your focus will be entirely on theDutch market. You''ll map and deepen existing relationships while identifying and seizing new commercial opportunities. Over time, your responsibilities will expand to include an international region (to be determined).
What will you do?
- Strategically and commercially manage a portfolio of key accounts in the Netherlands
- Build strong, long-term relationships through client visits, showroom meetings, and trade shows
- Focus on expanding existing accounts and identifying new market opportunities
- Conduct annual market analyses, account planning, and budgeting
- Represent POLSPOTTEN at trade fairs such as Maison & Objet
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and product development
- Youll beon the road throughout the Netherlandsmost of the time; youll typically work at our office in the Jordaan area of Amsterdam 12 days per week
What do you bring?
- Bachelors or Masters degree level of thinking and working
- Proven experience inB2B sales within the interior or design industry this is essential
- Strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to connect with major accounts
- A proactive, self-starting attitude and strong digital skills (CRM/ERP)
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English; fluency in a third language such as German, French, or Spanish is astrong plus
- International travel will be limited in the first year, aside from participation in major trade fairs like Maison & Objet in Paris
