Your Daily Quest (Key Responsibilities):
- Dial & Deliver: Hit those sales targets by connecting with potential and current Latin American clients via phone, turning leads into deals.
- Product Pro: Master our IoT solutions and explain them clearly, answering every question like a tech whiz.
- Listen & Learn: Figure out what clients really need, and close those sales with smart, tailored solutions.
- Lead Launcher: Spot potential big fish and pass them on to the field sales team.
- Data Dynamo: Keep our CRM updated with accurate customer info and sales activity.
- Order Ace: Process orders quickly and correctly, ensuring happy clients.
- Problem Solver: Handle customer issues with grace and professionalism, keeping our reputation sparkling.
The Secret Sauce (Key Experience & Skills): What do you think this person needs to absolutely smash this role? These are the qualifications, skills, and traits were after:
- 1-2 years of proven telesales or inside sales experience, ideally with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills for clear and engaging conversations.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain technical products/services (IoT knowledge a bonus!).
- Proficiency with CRM software and phone systems.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections and resolve complaints effectively.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and bounce back from rejection.
- Experience with or knowledge of the Latin American market and business culture is a plus.
- Bonus skills Knowledge of Portuguese- Unicorns exist but are hard to find
