What willyou do as a Senior Sales Manager? - Drive business growth in theEnterprise segment by developing new commercial opportunities andstrengthening strategic relationships. - Manage the full salescycle, from lead generation and first contact to contract signing.- Engage with top management (C-level executives) of targetcompanies, understanding their needs and offering innovativesolutions that generate value. - Develop go-to-market strategies toaccelerate the adoption of Fabricks solutions across keyindustries. - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, AccountManagement, Product) to tailor offerings and maximize customervalue. - Attend industry events and networking opportunities,positioning yourself as a Fabrick ambassador and contributing tobrand awareness. Who are we looking for? - 10+ years of experienceas a Sales Manager / Business Development professional in the B2BEnterprise sector. - Proven track record in selling technology anddigital solutions to large enterprises, preferably in Telco,Utilities, Retail, or related industries. - Strong negotiationskills and experience in managing C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO,COO, CDO), with a consultative and strategic approach. - Deepunderstanding of Open Finance, Open Banking, Payment Solutions,and/or Digital Transformation. - Entrepreneurial and results-drivenmindset, with a strong ability to network and develop businessopportunities. - Fluent in Italian and English, with excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
