Powering compliance, Digital Product Passports (DPPs), and trusted reporting. The Mission Retain and grow our wholesale customers (B2B) in Europe/USA by ensuring they extract maximum value from AwareTM. Youll be their strategic advisor, part consultant, part tech guru, part sustainability advocate. Driving adoption, resolving bottlenecks, and turning users into champions. What Youll Do Own Customer Success Guide enterprise clients (brands, manufacturers) from onboarding to scaling usage. Drive Retention Expansion Identify upsell opportunities (e.G., new product groups, new sustainable materials, advanced analytics). Consultative Problem-Solving Understand their sustainability goals and align AwareTMs features to their needs. Technical Enablement Train teams on blockchain traceability, data integration, and reporting. Voice of the Customer Relay feedback to our product team, marketing team and support team to shape AwareTMs roadmap. Metrics-Driven Track health scores, adoption rates, and ROI to prove value. Who You Are SaaS Pro 2+ years in Customer Success/Account Management at a tech company (B2B preferred). Tech-Savvy Translator Can explain blockchain, APIs, or data workflows to non-technical audiences. Sustainability Passion You care about real impact, not just compliance checkboxes. Consultative Mindset You ask the right questions to uncover unspoken needs. Result-Obsessed You dont just check inyou drive outcomes (renewals, expansions, referrals). Young Hungry Eager to grow in a mission-driven scale-up. Bonus: Textile industry experience or familiarity with ESG reporting (e.G., CSRD, EU DPPs). Why Join?
