Position Mission We are seeking a highly skilled PLM /CAD Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successfulcandidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our ProductLifecycle Management (PLM) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD)processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency in ourproduct development lifecycle. This position is crucial for drivinginnovation and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry. Asa PLM / CAD Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzingand improving our PLM and CAD systems to enhance productivity andstreamline workflows. Responsibilities - He/She will collaboratewith cross-functional teams to identify and implement PLM/CADsolutions. - He/She will conduct detailed analysis of currentsystems and processes to identify areas for improvement. - He/Shewill develop and maintain documentation for PLM/CAD processes andsystems. - He/She will provide training and support to end-users toensure effective utilization of PLM/CAD tools. - He/She will manageissues and incident resolution, providing support andadministration for CAD and PLM systems. - He/She will stay updatedwith the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend bestpractices Technical Skills, Qualifications and ProfessionalExperience Technical skills required for this role include: -Proficiency in PLM and CAD software (e.g., PTC Windchill, CreoParametric, Siemens Teamcenter, CATIA v5, AutoCAD, SolidWorks). -Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecyclemanagement. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools. -Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. To be successfulin this role, you should have: - A Bachelor''s degree inEngineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - Minimum of 5years of experience in administration/implementing PLM/CAD systemswithin structured industries. - Proven track record of successfullyimplementing PLM/CAD solutions. - Strong communication andinterpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with variousstakeholders. - Ability to work independently and manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
