Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of a Director of Client Engagement to take our client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload. Our ideal candidate is a sales guru who is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. Compensation: $49,420 yearly with competitive bonus incentives
Responsibilities
- Be a "TEAM" player and cover your fellow co-workers to help our firm help our prospective new clients find clarity around and relief from the situation that brought them to the Firm in the first place
- Follow-up with PNC''s who said no or are on the fence about hiring
- Utilize a consultative selling approach when conducting sales calls to illustrate the "value" and "benefits" of our services
- Update CRM system with details of all interactions with prospects and clients in a timely manner
- Ensure all necessary documents have been explained, signed and completed by the client in their entirety before transferring client to Legal.
- Ensure you are using our "Visual Prompt" when in the intake meeting with the client.
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers schedules organized and grow our caseload
- Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files
- Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base
- Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
- Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly
Qualifications
- Proven track record utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Independent, self-starter who thrives on immersion in a rapidly changing environment and excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, can-do attitude, with great follow-through and resourcefulness along with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent
- Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelors degree is desired
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired
- Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
- Previous legal experience highly valued
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Compensation: $49,920 yearly + bonuses
