We are looking for a Sales Director.ResponsibilitiesWithin the Satellite Communication (SatCom) LoB, drive business growth in the international market.Develop existing customer portfolios and expand Telespazios penetration into new potential clients.Coordinate with project management and sales engineering teams to execute go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives.Collaborate with the Vice President - Telecommunication Market to support strategic planning, global co-programming, and portfolio engagement.Manage a team of senior Sales Managers across several European countries.Promote state-of-the-art satellite connectivity solutions for primary or backup links, and value-added services in collaboration with partners.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and identify commercial prospects; develop and implement strategies for market penetration.Accelerate customer acquisition through effective sales engagements and go-to-market strategies.Achieve or exceed quarterly order intake targets.Create compelling value propositions around Telespazio services.Coordinate offering processes and lead the sales team.Manage relationships with current and potential customers to maximize opportunities.Gather and systematize market data and intelligence on new sales opportunities.Conduct market intelligence activities and disseminate insights internally.Your ProfilePassion for sales and negotiation.Entrepreneurial mindset.8-15 years of experience in Satcom/telecommunications sales or business development.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Bachelors degree required.Ability to deliver results in ambiguous and changing environments.Strong network within the European Satcom industry, with understanding of key players and market trends.Experience managing distributed teams across multiple countries with strong leadership skills.Preferred QualificationsMBA / MA / MS degree.Previous experience in Satcom or Telecommunications business.Technical background in engineering or computer science is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
