The position is permanent, and the location is in Trieste, Italy.As an ICT Coordinator, your work will focus on these responsibilities:Serve as the local IM/ICT contact person located at the Trieste site, covering the entire Italy region.Act as an IM consultant to determine the best/fitting IM services for specific needs, overseeing IM operations and cost efficiency at the local level.Manage local ICT projects/changes from beginning to end with central teams as well as local providers.Act as the escalation contact for unresolved or long-standing helpdesk tickets, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (internal & external) are met, and checking cost efficiency of ICT spending, escalating any exceeding costs to the manager.Serve as the first point of contact for the Wrtsil Italy management team for ICT-related inquiries and complaints.Continuously monitor and document the performance, quality, and cost efficiency of delivered ICT services to your manager and local management team.Handle and support local ICT-related systems, infrastructure, and contracts, taking responsibility for local ICT vendors.Supervise the Area ICT contacts in Italy.To be successful in this role, we expect you to have:Strong experience in IM/ICT managementExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalations efficiently.Proven track record in managing ICT projects and changes from inception to completion.Proficiency in English at B2 (Upper Intermediate) or C1 (Advanced) level is requiredAbility to monitor, document, and report on ICT services'' performance, quality, and cost efficiency.Experience with vendor management and handling ICT-related contracts and systems.Strong communication skills, capable of working with both central teams and local providers.Readiness to travel as required for the role, approximately 5-10% of the time.Please provide your CV and Letter of Interest in English.Why you and us?We at Wrtsil believe in empowerment, ownership, and taking responsibility for our work.
