As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you play a key role in solving complex technical challenges, reducing operational risks, and driving breakthrough improvements in product and process quality. You will be a catalyst for continuous improvement and quality enhancement across the organization.
Department Overview
The Vehicle Quality Reliability department is dedicated to maintaining and improving product Quality, Reliability, and Safety. The team also works toward achieving key industry standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE Level 2. The department is organized into three groups: Quality Management Systems, Six Sigma, and Reliability. This vacancy is within the Quality group.
You will be part of a global team consisting of nine motivated and skilled professionals focused on Powertrain Quality.
Job Description
As a Six Sigma Black Belt, you will lead and support process and quality improvement initiatives across various functions. You will deploy Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement tools to reduce defects, improve process capability, and embed a culture of quality.

You have a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, ideally in Electrical Engineering, along with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sectors. You are a certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt and bring strong interpersonal and communication skills.
