Deliveroo is looking for a highly talented and well organised individual to coordinate a team of Rider Ambassadors in Ireland. You will be based in the Dublin office with some travel within the Ireland as required.We are continuing to experience rapid growth and need committed, enthusiastic individuals at the forefront of our supply efforts. At the core of this is our expanding Rider Ambassador team. It will be your responsibility to run the day-to-day management of these team members.Responsibilities will include recruiting, motivating, scheduling and reviewing the daily performance of this team.The ambassador team will be working across Ireland targeting rider hot-spots in order to maximise conversations with future Deliveroo Riders.Amongst other activities the team will be attending events such as jobs and freshers fairs as representatives of Deliveroo. As well as taking part in on-street recruitment. It will be your responsibility to facilitate these activities as well as looking for new opportunities to improve the performance of your team.This role falls within the Rider Supply department at Deliveroo. However, you will also work closely alongside both the operations and commercial teams based in the regional offices and the London HQ.This role is suitable for someone with a background in performance based team-management. With an enthusiastic and innovative approach to maximising performance.You will ideally have previous experience in a supervisory role and be comfortable with the day-to-day management of a team of between 10-15 individuals.**Requirements**:- Excellent organisational skills- Experience in delivering against strict targets and KPIs- Competitive- Able to motivate a team- An understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets- Innovative- An entrepreneurial approach- Excellent communication skills.
