RECRUITMENT CONTEXT :
To support its continued growth in Italy, our client is seeking a Sales Manager to cover central and/or southern regions , with a specific focus on Florence and surrounding areas , but with potential flexibility to cover other strategic cities such as Rimini, Naples , or others depending on market opportunities. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the companys presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
As a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:
Growing the Client Portfolio:
Selling the Companys Solutions:
Collaborating with Internal Teams :
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Gather client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company''s offerings.
Representing the Company at Industry Events :
Attend key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the companys network.
PROFILE SOUGHT :
SALARY AND BENEFITS :
Salary: 40,000 fixed per year + 10% variable based on total sales generated.
