KYC Procedure Design ExpertFunctieomschrijving You will be part of an international team ofKYC & Financial Crime specialists responsible for developingand implementing group-wide procedures. We are looking for someonewith expertise in Belgian market practices, laws, and regulations,capable of translating this knowledge into clear, risk-basedguidance while keeping client needs at the center. Yourresponsibilities: - Regularly refine KYC & FC procedures,ensuring compliance with Belgian regulations. - Implement andenhance procedures, provide expert advice, answer queries, andresolve issues. - Balance local compliance with group priorities. -Foster collaboration within the organization to support KYC &FC in Belgium. - Act as a bridge between operational teams,compliance, ORM, legal, IT, and other stakeholders. - Maintain arisk-based mindset and assess operational impacts of regulatorychanges. - Work closely with other KYC & FC specialists and thelocal Business Change Owner (BCO). - Align short-term decisionswith long-term regulatory trends and business objectives. Profiel -Possess a flexible mindset, the ability to prioritise varioustasks, and effectively communicate these priorities tostakeholders. - Have in-depth knowledge and experience of the localand European regulatory environment. - Preferably hold a bachelor''sor master''s degree, or be able to demonstrate equivalentprofessional experience. - Have obtained certificationsdemonstrating your in-depth knowledge in the field of KYC & FC(e.g., ACAMS / ICA) or be willing to obtain them. - Be able todemonstrate experience in developing and implementing KYC & FCprocedures and applying local requirements. - Promote broadcollaboration through excellent communication and teamwork skillsto liaise with internal and external stakeholders. - Be proficientin English and French, and preferably Dutch. - Be able todemonstrate your affinity with the mission and values of the bankAanbod What matters most within our company is that you are part ofa community contributing to making the world a better place.
