Job Title: Cell Therapy Specialist (Production Operator) Location : North Holland, The Netherlands About The Company : We are currently working with a Global Biotechnology client who are looking for a motivated Cell Therapy Specialist to join their team, where you''ll contribute to the manufacturing of cutting-edge therapies. Key Responsibilities : Production Support Team (PST) : Perform apheresis accession and transfer to manufacturing. Prepare growth media and support material decontamination in cleanroom areas. Review batch documentation, perform visual inspections, and assist in cryopreservation and sample management. Production Team (PT) : Execute GMP runs for clinical/commercial products in A and B grade areas, following batch records and SOPs. Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot, revise batch records/SOPs, and contribute to process improvements. Maintain a cleanroom environment and ensure high-quality output. Additional Information : Shift work required (morning, evening, and weekends). Ideal Candidate: MLO/MBO/HBO in Life Sciences Clean room experience Quality Control background cGMP experience in a pharma/biotech environment required. Familiar with Microsoft Word , Excel , and data analysis. Hands-on, adaptable, and able to follow SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
