Who are you
Education:
- University degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
Languages:
- Fluent in English (additional EMEA languages are a plus).
Experience and Skills:
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing or product management, ideally within HVAC or building technology.
- Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational skills.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
