- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in data center program management and data center technology.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in project and construction management.
- Experience with commercial agreement management and procurement.
- Experience managing construction projects, within an international working environment.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, with an understanding of standard practices in the design and construction industry.
- Experience working with data centre equipment/environments including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, fire safety systems.
- Understanding of start up/commissioning processes.

The Data center Delivery and Engineering (DCDE) team is a collection of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design experts, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, construction project managers, water/air experts, data center services managers, and project controls managers who schedule, design, and construct the most efficient data centers in the world, at a fast-pace and in a scalable manner.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are an upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a large, site-wide data centre construction and delivery organization, managing scopes related to construction projects or capital improvement projects.
- Be responsible for ensuring the development of detailed designs, managing construction, commissioning, close-out to the operations team. Ensure all customer requirements are being met.
- Establish and maintain various delivery models and global relationships with multiple vendors.
- Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting of talent in the areas of project management, field engineering, document control, technical writing, etc.
- Research and implement construction means and methods of data centre equipment and facilities. Carry design concepts into mass production and integrate into facilities.
